Since joining Tregaskis Brown, Baileigh has demonstrated her aptitude for accelerating her learning of management consulting at such an early point in her career. She has begun building strong foundational skills that serve her well as a management consultant. Some of her best strengths include her proactive attitude for delivering for results, positive attitude to learning, and enthusiasm for working with others.
Baileigh thoroughly enjoys working with central and local government agencies, as it gives her an opportunity to support these organisations to perform optimally – to achieve better outcomes for New Zealanders. During her tenure thus far with Tregaskis Brown, Baileigh has supported projects for New Zealand Defence Force and Wellington Water. Her experience also reaches the Not-For-Profit realm, with recent capability uplift being provided to the Public Health Association of New Zealand (PHANZ). All of these pieces of work have provided Baileigh with a welcome challenge and has been rewarding in the difference such work is making.
- Victoria University of Wellington – Conjoint Degree with a Bachelor of Arts and Commerce – majoring in Political Science, International Relations, and Special Operations and Supply Chain Management, with Letters of Academic Excellence for Management, with Letters of Academic Excellence for Management.
Recent Experience
- NEW ZEALAND DEFENCE FORCE - Baileigh has provided assignment and coordination support on a long-term implementation project, which required coordination amongst a multitude of workstreams, coordination of project members – alongside general assignment support responsibilities.
- WELLINGTON WATER - Baileigh provided assignment and coordination support with the Strategic Programme Design work that our team has been partnering with Wellington Water on. This has involved coordinating meetings, managing the budget reporting, and assisting with the invoice process.
- PUBLIC HEALTH ASSOCIATION OF NEW ZEALAND - Baileigh has supported one of our Senior Partners with providing capability support to the Public Health Association of New Zealand (PHANZ) Chief Executive. This involved liaising with PHANZ staff and Council members to gather useful funding information; creating and submitting funding applications; uplifting their policy documents to be collated with their Kaimahi Kete document and providing guidance for future funding opportunities.
