Oliver joined Tregaskis Brown as a graduate consultant in April 2023, after completing his Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management, and Bachelor of Arts majoring in International Relations and Political Science.

Oliver is a competent writer and researcher and has high expectations regarding the quality of his work output. Additionally, Oliver is a fast learner, and confident in taking on new tasks and responsibilities to build upon his professional expertise.

Recent Experience

  • NEW ZEALAND DEFENCE FORCE: Oliver is currently supporting the Project Team in conducting an organisational review for the client, to better understand the suitability of its existing allowances framework and engage with selected organisational personnel to seek feedback on proposed changes.
  • THE TREASURY: Oliver is currently assisting the Project Team in their development of a Business Case for the client. His responsibilities have included correspondence with project stakeholders, the co-ordination of meetings and workshops (including a Gateway Review), and creation of visual content.
  • CROWN LAW OFFICE: Oliver assisted the Project Team with the development of a high-level project timeline and co-ordination of interviews with selected staff.
  • WAKA KOTAHI: Oliver supported the team in conducting an independent review for the client. His responsibilities included survey creation and analysis, co-ordination of interviews with selected staff, and assisting in the development of the Final Report.
  • CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL: Oliver assisted the team with the analysis and theming of interview content, the creation of visual content, as well as the development of the Final Report for the client.
  • DEPARTMENT OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS | TE TARI TAIWHENUA: Oliver supported the team in developing a Business Case for the client. His responsibilities included the collation of existing Business Case collateral for wider Project Team familiarisation, data analysis and formatting, and the development of a “Business Case on a Page” for the project.
  • NEW ZEALAND DEFENCE FORCE: Oliver assisted with the development of a “Plan on a Page”.
  • TE WHATU ORA: Oliver supported the preparation of a “Business Case on a Page”, which helped highlight and summarise key aspects of the proposed Business Case for the client.
