Overview

Nikki is a creative leader with over 25 years experience working in both private and public sectors. She is an experienced people leader with a reputation for strategic thinking and innovative problem solving.  

Nikki has worked across multiple disciplines and levels in complex organisations. She is a strong collaborator with the ability to break down complexity and design solutions that connect to the big picture. 

She offers clear strategic counsel to senior leaders to inform decision making and an innovator’s mindset to proactively identify opportunities and achieve outcomes. 

 

Recent Experience

Tregaskis Brown – Principal Consultant, Performance Practice (Oct 2023 – current) 

Nikki is responsible for supporting our consultants to deliver exceptional advice and guidance to meet our client needs.  

WorkSafe New Zealand – Behaviour Change and Customer Experience Manager  

Nikki was responsible for the leadership and development of the new Behaviour Change function designed to deliver effective workplace harm interventions.  
During her time at WorkSafe, Nikki also designed an internal Employee Experience work programme aimed at identifying pain points to inform the organisation’s employer brand and culture development.  

ACC – Brand and Identity Manager  

Nikki led the development of brand and experience-led projects to improve awareness and access to ACC products and services. This included delivery  
of public engagement campaigns, design of a multi-year brand revitalisation programme, customer strategy development and customer experience frameworks to improve trust and confidence metrics and meet the organisation’s customer-centric ambitions. 

NZ Post – Marketplace Sustainability 

Nikki worked with senior leaders and external stakeholders to influence and integrate sustainable practices into core business activity and processes. This included supporting the Retail Transformation Programme to improve customer experiences and sustainable operations, and sustainable innovation to deliver new product and service offerings.  

Moxie Design Group – Sustainable innovation and design thinking consultation 

Nikki worked with clients across New Zealand and Australia to understand the business case for sustainability and the role of innovation to achieve growth and meet evolving customer expectations. This included research into the emerging local market for sustainability, thought leadership, development of tools and workshops to help businesses understand the opportunities and challenges.
