Nicole provides a fresh perspective and grasps new concepts quickly. She is highly organised and sought after for her analytical and visual communication skills.

She has a keen eye for detail and is valued for her ability to interpret information efficiently and tailor presentations to the needs of the client.

Nicole was on the Dean's list at Victoria University in 2014, 2015 and 2017 and received the Victoria Business School Excellence Award for being a top graduate in her Information Systems Major for 2017. She has completed the Better Business Case (BBC) Certificate with the NZ Treasury.

Recent Assignments

  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade - Nicole was engaged as the Project Coordinator for the Security Business Case within the wider APEC21 Programme. 
  • Ministry of Defence - Nicole was involved in the early planning of the Defence Capability Plan Review.  Within this, Nicole co-facilitated several planning sessions with senior management, culminating in an integrated project schedule.  This work required Nicole to update the Development Branch Director and DCCAP Programme Manager and brief the incoming Project Manager.
  • NZ Police - Nicole provided analytical support to the Consultant through the design and development of an excel portfolio prioritisation tool.
  • Statistics NZ - Nicole undertook a dual role for this assignment providing project coordination and analytical skills. As the sole coordinator, Nicole facilitated eleven 360-degree project manager capability assessments, responsible for setting up meeting and interview times, managing an interview schedule, writing status reports and note-taking.

Regularly provides support to workshops and assists with the development of subsequent outputs (e.g. Investment Logic Maps, Benefit Maps, Strategic Plans, Business Plans).
